This peppered corn relish is the perfect companion to spice up grilled hot dogs, brats or polish sausage.

Ingredients:

2 12 ounce cans of whole kernel corn with peppers, drained
3 tablespoons oil
1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vinegar
2 teaspoons minced dried onion
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon celery seed

Directions:
Combine corn and oil in a bowl. Mix sugar, vinegar, onion, salt and celery seed in saucepan; cover. Bring to a boil; reduce heat. Simmer for 2 minutes. Stir into corn mixture. Let stand until cool. Chill throughly; drain.
