Recipe for Kale Chips

Baked Kale Chips

My teenage daughter was the one who said we must try to make kale chips. I held off for many years. One weekend when we had a little extra time, I decided it was time to try. After making them I said that I should have gave in to making them sooner.

They were exceptional. Use a little amount of olive oil and salt though. You really don’t need all that much.

Kale Chips

You have to try these! If you are growing kale in your garden this is a great way to make a healthy snack. Healthy crispy, salty and you can season them anyway you would like.

Washing Kale

Normally, they don’t last long enough to store them in our house but if you are lucky enough to have leftovers you can store them in a brown paper bag. This will keep your kale chips dry and crispy.
