Double Crested Cormorant
I heard this double crested cormorant was hanging around in Green Bay, Wisconsin this winter. There had been few sightings reported. I just never saw him, until today.
It true, we do have a double-crested cormorant wintering with us. Normally, they migrate to warmer weather and then come back to visit us again in the spring.
Double crested cormorant has been hanging out where he can find open water to fish in. Today, he was fishing for shags.
It was nice passing the time watching him this afternoon. We both decided to brave the Wisconsin winter this year.
What equipment did I use in this posting?
