Vegan Gluten Free Peanut Butter Fudge

This is the quickest and tastiest vegan peanut butter fudge ever.  If time is a concern, no problem. Gotta covered in under ten minutes.

This vegan gluten free peanut butter fudge recipe will take you less than 10 minutes to make and you can serve this fudge to just about everyone, even those with wheat and dairy allergies.

Things You’ll Need:

3/4 Cup Vegan Margarine

1 Cup Peanut Butter

2 1/4 Cups Confectioners Sugar

9X9 Glass Dish

Heavy Sauce Pan

Wooden Spoon

Directions

1.) Gather all your ingredients and measure them out. Lightly grease a glass 9X9 dish with either vegan margarine or non-hydrogenated vegan butter. Lightly greasing the dish will make removing the fudge a breeze.

2.) In a heavy, medium size, saucepan. melt 3/4 cup of either vegan margarine or non-hydrogenated vegan butter. Remove the pan from the burner. Stir in 1 cup peanut butter until smooth. Then add in 2 1/4 cups confectioners sugar a little at a time, blending well.

3.) Pat the peanut butter mixture in the greased 9X9 glass pan. Place the peanut butter fudge in the refrigerator to chill and firm up about 20 minutes. Cut into squares and enjoy!
