Jack in the Pulpit
A common woodland plant that produces purple-spotted and striped leaves in the spring (April–May).
Prettify Pink Phlox Floral
Pretty pink phlox floral blooms that I have incorporated one of my time-worn distressed finishes to, making the perfect marriage.
ANTIQUED VINTAGE LEAVES COLLECTION
Antiqued Vintage Leaves Collection – heavy grain & an antique finish pull these images together. There are 3 prints in this fine art wall collection.
Pristine raindrops gather on a purple and fuchsia veined clematis. I love shooting in the rain for the fact it softly blurs out the outline of objects. Now that I can finally reach some of my plants in my flower garden and walk around them. I spent a good deal of time thinning out my plants this summer.
Uncurling Woodland Fern Prints in Black and White
Set of 4 uncurling woodland fern prints in black and white. Can be purchased together or individually. There is something magical about the growth of woodlands ferns. The plant pops up out of nowhere and slowly, and gracefully meets the sky.
Pastel Botanical Queen Anne Lace Prints
This set of pastel botanical Queen Anne Lace prints was created by taking a photo of Queen Anne Lace plants past their prime and adding one of my custom, pastel backdrops. The prints turned out soft and feminine exactly as I had hoped they would.
Irish Mist Still Art Photography Print
This irish mist still art photography print wasn’t a planned piece of art, it came together slowly and in many steps. I was monkeying around in the garden and decided to clip off a few sprigs of my sedum autumn joy plant to start plants for a friend of mine. I placed them on the cupboard and went to fetch planting containers and soil from the basement.
Soft Fairytale Pink Dandelion Art Prints
This collection of six prints was photographed and processed to be a mix and match set. You can pick one of the prints or all six of them. The prints were photographed using a macro lens and then batch processed using a special texture that I created to give them all a dreamy, soft fairytale pink look.
There is Beauty in the Rain
It’s Raining again. Story of spring, really. In order for everything to grow lush and thick, we need the rain. The rain foils my birding plans though; that stinks. There is beauty in the rain, even if it does foil my plans. Just had to create a new plan of attack….
Sphagnum moss droplets print: A sphagnum moss that has sent up its shoots just in time to catch rain droplets. Another name, which you may be more familiar with for sphagnum moss, is peat moss.
Crocus Flowers – Macro Photography of Spring Flowers
Today, it is macro photography. Protection from the wet, thick fog in the woods was a decision easily made by me this morning. Looking to find signs of spring wildflowers.
I’ve heard people state snowdrop flowers are wildflowers. It is true, some grow in the wild in meadows and woodland areas. Can’t argue with you on this fact. I find them all the time. I just have never found a source that states they are true wildflowers.
Purple Passion Lilacs
Finally! I have purple passion lilacs blooming. Everything in my yard is about two weeks behind schedule for my area. That is what happens when you live close to the bay. The wind off the bay in spring makes the ground and air cooler, preventing us from being on the same schedule as the rest of Green Bay.
Black and White Dandelion Blowball Wall Art
Black and White Dandelion Blowball Wall Art – New to my photography collection is this set of three stunning black and white dandelion blowball wall art pieces.
