Digitally remastered image of a bicycle ad from the 1800's featuring The Rover Company which was a British bicycle and motorcycle manufacturer before it began the manufacture of motor cars.

Rover was established in 1878 by John Kemp Starley in Coventry and was successful in making safety bicycle' and used the money to import some of the early Peugeot motorcycles from France in 1899 for experimental development. His first project was to fit an engine onto one of his Rover bicycles.

This art image is one of several images that will be available in my vintage bicycle art collection.

The striking black and white art would be welcomed addition to any bicycle buffs wall or place a smile on the receivers face by creating a special card with the image.

Customers will love the artwork from another era. I can appreciate providing the old styles in a modern era.
