Chamomile Tea Using Flowers
Using some of my garden chamomile flower to sit and reflect while enjoying a cup of chamomile tea.
4 Tablespoons of fresh chamomile flowers
8 Ounces of boiling water
Sprig of fresh mint
1.) Harvest your flowers. For best results, you will like your flowers fresh.
2.) Place 8 oz of water in a tea kettle. Place 4 tablespoons of chamomile and a mint spring into your tea infuser and heat the mixture to a boil.
3.) Remove the tea infuser and pour into a tea cup.
