Use fresh or dried garden chamomile flowers to make your own chamomile tea.
Chamomile Tea Using Flowers
Ingredients
4 Tablespoons of fresh chamomile flowers
8 Ounces of boiling water
Sprig of fresh mint
Tea Infuser
Directions
1.) Harvest your flowers. For best results, you will like your flowers fresh. Although dry flowers work as well, you will need to add almost double the amount of dry flowers to achieve the same taste result.
2.) Place 8 oz of water in a tea kettle. Place 4 tablespoons of chamomile and a mint spring into your tea infuser and heat the mixture to a boil.
3.) Remove the tea infuser and pour into a tea cup.
