Copper Tape – this product is excellent if you have raised beds and flowers pots. You can wrap the tape around anything. It is non-toxic and no chemicals. Slugs and snails you not like to cross the tape because it gives off a sensation that they do not like when their slime secretions come in contact with the tape. Making them turn the other way.

Anytime I can make something at home versus purchasing it in the store to save a few bucks, I do.
So, it shouldn’t be all that surprising that I have a cheap and easy solution to rid your flower beds of slugs recipe. Right?
Mix one part non sudsing ammonia to two parts of water.
Place the solution in a spray bottle and spray the leaves of the plant at least once a week. That’s it. Really simple!
